Velo and Arm Care

Our Velocity Clinic is designed for pitchers or position players wanting to throw harder! 

Advanced arm-care routines are built around proven techniques used at the collegiate and professional levels. Jager bands, plyo balls, body blades, mobility work and controlled progressions that build arm speed while protecting long-term health.

Players are monitored with radar readings to track velocity gains, measure improvement, and provide real, measurable feedback.

Performance Training

This performance-focused training program is built for athletes looking to get stronger, faster, and more explosive. Structured weight training designed to build power, muscle and speed and agility sessions to develop acceleration, footwork, and overall athletic movement.

Weighted Bat Training

Hitters will learn proper swing mechanics through detailed instruction and high-quality reps. Each session includes progressive weighted bat training designed to safely build bat speed, increase power, and improve overall swing efficiency. Players will leave with a stronger, more consistent swing they can rely on in game situations.

Our coaches will focus on proper stance, approach, footwork, positioning, glovework, transfers and throwing mechanics.

Tuesdays (1/7 through 2/25)

(8 weeks)

Session 1: 5:00pm-6:30pm

(Ages 12u-15u)

Session 2: 6:30pm-8:00pm
